Meet the Team
Founder / Partner
Mike brings extensive experience in grassroots basketball, recruiting, events, athlete exposure, media, marketing, and business development. Through his work with RecruitLook Hoops, Mike has developed relationships with athletes, families, club programs, college coaches, businesses, and organizations across the country. That experience provides 3H with a unique perspective on the recruiting process and the opportunities available to today's athletes.
